Damaged property or items
When staying at one of our accommodations, we know that on occasion accidents will happen, but we would appreciate that in any instance you will notify us as soon as possible of any damages to the property or the items within. Please treat the property with the respect you would treat your own home. Should any major damages occur you may be charged up to the full price of the original item.
Missing Items
As stated above for damaged property, any missing items may be charged up to the full price of the original item.
