Unexpected circumstances
In the event that your reserved accommodation is unable to be occupied due to circumstances beyond our control i.e. extreme weather conditions, failure of gas, electrical, water or other utility services, structure damage or fire you will be fully refunded to the credit or debit card you used to make the original booking.
Cancellations
Any cancellations within the last 14 days up to your booking date will still be charged to the credit or debit card you used to make the original booking. Cancellations before the last 14 days up to your booking date will be charged at 50% to the credit or debit card you used to make the original booking.
Raising an Issue
We hope that you will fully enjoy your stay with us, however in the event you feel unhappy in any way no matter how big or small it may be and you need to raise an issue with us, please do this as soon as possible by email or telephone so that we have a chance to rectify this matter. If you raise an issue with us after your departure we will not withhold your complaint. Please note: We will not respond to any issues through any of our social media platforms.
